Consumer-Guides.Info (CG) provides Customer Service Profiles as a Service (Service) to you, subject to the following Terms of Service. (Terms) These Terms may be updated from time to time without notice so please check back as necessary.

Description of Service

After submitting a completed Customer Service Profile (Profile) to CG, our editing staff will determine whether your business is appropriate for CG.  We will not publish sites that include porn, gambling, hate speech, or any other site deemed offensive.  Acceptance or rejection is at the full discretion of CG.

If accepted, your profile will be checked and edited for grammar, and that all the appropriate fields are filled in correctly.  Once edited, your Profile will be published on the Internet on the World Wide Web.  We will send you an acceptance email with a link to your URL.  For best search engine results, we recommend that you link back to your Profile.

Cost

At this time, the cost of publishing a Profile is free.  This pricing policy could change at any time.

Privacy Policy:

Profile data will be published on the Internet on the World Wide Web and in public view.  No Profile information will be used for any other purpose other than to publish in a Profile on CG.  Future aesthetics, navigation or structures of CG may change at any time.  Your information will not be changed. 

Hold Harmless

You agree to indemnify and hold CG and any partners or employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including any attorneys' fees or judgments, made by any third party due to or arising out of Profiles you submit, or make available through the Service.  You understand that your Profile will be published on the Internet on the World Wide Web. You will not hold CG responsible for any use of your published information by any third party who may come across your Profile.

Termination

You agree that CG, in its sole discretion, may terminate your use of this Service, and remove and discard your Profile, for any reason.  CG may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice.  You may at any time, terminate the publishing of your listing, by requesting that CG remove your Profile within a reasonable amount of time. 

You agree that CG may immediately deactivate or delete your Profile at any time. Further, you agree that CG shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
